RULES

General information:
PennyAuctionSite is providing auction service for new products and services. When registering in our system, you accept the terms of use and enter into a contract with PennyAuctionSite Organizers.
Participation:
In order to participate in the auction one has to be over 18 years old or have a parental permission to participate in the auction. PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for any moral or economic damage done by those under age participating in the auction.
The person who choose to participate in the auction must be a real person. All the information provided at the registration stage has to be valid. One person may not create more than one account. If he does otherwise, PennyAuctionSite Organizers have the right to nullify that person's credit account and / or ban the account. Banned accounts will not be restored.
When registering an account one has to bear in mind several things:
- the username must not be offensive
- the information input has to be valid
- the user responsible for everything that happens to his account
- the user account can not be transferred to a third party
If those conditions are not met, PennyAuctionSite Organizers have the right to close and ban the account.
The funds that are deposited to the user's account are meant to be used only for the purposes of auction, and will not be refunded. Purchased bids are non refundable and hence users should only buy as many bids as they are comfortable spending on PennyAuctionSite.com.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not liable any errors occurred when committing a payment. We are not responsible for any failures your credit card might incur.
If there are any problems with using electronic payment system, one has to report it to our customer service immediately, by sending an e-mail.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are entitled to close the auction in case any system error occurs.
If PennyAuctionSite Organizers suspect the auction to have abnormal working conditions (someone uses auxiliary software to affect the outcome of an auction) it has the right to suspend the auction and take auctions over the suspect user. These auctions might have a legal character. People who have placed bids upon the suspended auction will have then restored as additional (free of charge) credits on their accounts.
Using script for placing bids not allowed. If the PennyAuctionSite Organizers find this rule violated they have the right not to see the item to the winner.
PennyAuctionSite web site supports all internet browsers.
Placing a bid:
Each placed bid increases the price for an item by one penny.
Every user can place bids on several items traded at the same time. There is no limit for the quantity of bids.
The placed bid becomes valid as soon as it is registered in the PennyAuctionSite system. One has to keep in mind the fact that there might be delay between the time of placing the bid and the real time of its acceptance and registration in the system.
The system will automatically inform the user of approved bid by showing username.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for any problems which make it difficult or impossible to participate in bidding, or are in fact, out the PennyAuctionSite's control, such as: computer technical and programmatic error, internet operator delays and the problems, strikes, boycott or other labor actions, denial of service, natural disasters, martial law, animals, or other inconveniece caused by third parties.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for any legislation changes, which affect the auction, and its activities.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for their own software, hardware, network connectivity faults, or any arising faults which have an impact on the auction.
PennyAuctionSite is entitled to suspend the service at any time without prior notice.
Whenever the service comes back to its normal conditions, the auction timers will start again from the initial point. The bids placed within the time the service was down will not be taken into account and the users will not get them refunded.
PennyAuctionSite's liability is limited only to the price of lost bids replacements.
Auction timers and auction ending:
There is a timer present at each lot that is up at the auction. The timer shows how much time is left till the end of an item's auction. You bid against the clock and others on the site. Item closes when the timer reached its null point after "Going" time. This is not fixed and may vary from item to item. As the timer reaches zero the technical platform, on which PennyAuctionSite.com runs, sends the server a request to make sure that no other bids have been received. During this time the user sees "Going" instead of the auction timer. The duration, for which the user sees "Going" on his/her screen, is dependent on the user’s CPU and the Internet connection. It is in PennyAuctionSite.com’s interest (as well as in all Bidders’ interest) to make sure that every auction is closed securely and accurately. When auction ends the winning bid author's / user's nickname will appear next to the product. The winning (last) bidder is determined based upon our records and will be made in our sole discretion.
The winner will have an opportunity to buy the item at the price of the last bid.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers will contact the winner in 3 (three) business days.
The payment and delivery of the product:
The winner of the an auction receives an invoice, which contains the price of the won item and payment specifics. The invoice will be sent to the winner's email account.
The winner has to pay the bill within 30 (thirty) days. If he fails, he will lose an opportunity to buy the won item/service.
If a winner has problems with making a payment he has to immediately contact PennyAuctionSite Organizers customer service team.
As soon as the bill is paid, PennyAuctionSite Organizers are obliged to deliver the item within the following 3 (three) weeks, if not agreed otherwise.
PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for any misinformation provided by the user at the registration stage.
Product labels, warranty and return:
All the product description are provided by the manufactures, and PennyAuctionSite Organizers are not responsible for the validity of these descriptions. All product come with a standard manufacturer, importer or seller issued warranty. The warranty does not apply to services or gift vouchers.
Changing the terms of the contract and its conditions:
PennyAuctionSite Organizers have the right to amend the terms of contract and conditions of an auction during the auction period.
